The Story: I wouldn't have been able to take this picture without my friend Gareth Tibbs (a keen drone enthusiast), who lives on Bryher. Gareth had wanted to shoot Round Island at dawn for some time.

On the 15th of August, 2020, before dawn, we set off on Gareth's small RIB. Launching our drones from on top of a plastic box in the middle of the boat, I managed to capture this photo as the sun was coming up.

I love the way the colour of the dawn appears to be reflected in the glass of the Light House.
